AramasaDix ans Noel 2021
ひえだの
I've attended Namafest two days in a row, so I'll apologize ahead of time for the fact that there may be more posts about that in the future. By the way, I'm not very satisfied with the event itself. It was a good experience to be able to drink some special sake, but it was a very stressful festival, with high prices, a small number of tastings, and poor arrangements.
Well, we had the main drink of the festival, Dizan Noel, first.
The water color is a cloudy white.
It has a gorgeous sourness that is typical of Shinsei, but nothing particularly new.
It also has a hint of green apple and pear.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness of a green apple come quickly.
The aftertaste is a little sour and astringent, but the taste is monotonous.
It is a sparkling wine, so it is like a sweet cider. It's like a sweet cider. I'm not sure if it's necessary to go this far with sake.
It's a bit of a let down.
If you ask me if I want to keep drinking it, I'd say not really.
The packaging is more stylish than the etiquette, but if you're going to pay almost 6,000 yen for this, you might as well just buy sparkling wine.
