The color is a pale gold with a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the fruity aroma of iso-type aroma combined with sweetness spreads into a melon-like flavor, which is typical of Hououmida.
Although it is fire-aged, it has a freshness, and even though it is 55 polished, I was surprised that a junmai sake could be so modern in flavor.
Although it is dry, I personally find the alcohol content to be just right, leading to a balance between gorgeous and crisp.
It was very tasty, and I would definitely buy it if I saw it at a liquor store.
