けいけい
Aged sake brewed with Japan's oldest yeast and stored in oak barrels and bottles for 17 years.
The color is quite dark amber. As you might imagine, it tastes more like Shaoxing sake than sake.

Purchased at the brewery. The Murashige Brewery is a personal favorite of mine because I can stop by on Saturdays when I take my children to Iwakuni for a visit. The large cedar balls also seem to be a thing for the kids.
It would be great for home drinking if it were just a little cheaper, including Eight Knots and Murashige brands.
