Purchased at a sake specialty store in Umeda
I was attracted by the Poseidon label and the Emperor Karakuchi.
It is said to be a super-harakuchi Junmai-shu, fire-brewed. It is a refreshing and crisp sake.
It is suitable for summer. I heard it can be mixed with soda water to make a sake highball. Maybe I should give it a try.
