I bought it out of curiosity due to the sharp concept of it being exclusively for mackerel.
It was spicy and sharp, but did not have much aroma.
I think it would go well not only with mackerel but also with other oily fish...
Personally, I think there are other sake that go better with mackerel and fish dishes in general.
