It is an excellent food sake.
It is not a sweet sake.
I think sashimi is the best to go with it,
I only had salmon sashimi because it was too expensive to serve sashimi to a single person.
The spiciness and moderate alkalinity make both the salmon and the sake delicious,

Today's beer is Innis & Gunn's Irish Whiskey Cask.
The pop-up sign at the store says that it is made from whiskey barrels,
When I poured it into a glass, it was unexpectedly black,
It was a delicious beer with a strong whiskey bitterness.
