Kuma
Junmai Daiginjo with 40% polished rice from local Yokote Kame-no-o. It is delicious! But it smells like malted rice. I am half happy and half sad. When I looked for reviews of this sake, no one wrote about it, so I guess it's an individual difference. I have never had such a koji smelling sake.
I've been skipping posting here for a while, but I'll write to the producer and tell him to deliver it. I am looking forward to the next time. Yokote sake is the best.
