It is expensive at 3,000 yen for a four-pack, but I love it.
It is said to be the first brewery to ship unpasteurized sake. It is said to be the oldest existing company in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It does not have the trendy sweetness at all, but you can taste the umami of the rice, and although it is not fruity, it is very gorgeous.
The impression is especially rich when the bottle is just opened, but after 3-4 days, the impression changes to mild.
I always drink it chilled, but I would like to try it warmed. But I have never tried it because it would be a shame to miss it.
It has been 3,000 yen for a long time now, but I wonder if they will raise the price soon. I would like to buy one before that.
