A famous sake from Chikusei City, made from 100% Kame-no-o rice produced in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It has a moderate mix of richness, acidity, and sweetness, and goes well with relatively light nabe dishes.
The brewery says, "While maintaining the traditions that have been handed down since the Edo period, we are always challenging ourselves to create new sake and strive to produce the best quality sake possible." The quality of the sake is superb. It is a masterpiece.
