Citrusy aroma as the label says.
Like a fresh, crisp acidity.
Aroma that escapes through the nose
and a nice astringent bitterness that comes at the end.
It is very Hachisaku-like in total.
I paired it with meat today by chance, but it is dry and has a nice sharpness at the end.
