Tomatomato
I bought it at Nonnokonosato of Munemasa Sake Brewery in Saga Arita Porcelain Park.
The beautiful pink sake caught my eye and I bought it immediately.
It's a pure rice nigorizake with a slight peach color, made with very rare red yeast and domestic rice. It is low in alcohol and has a gentle mouthfeel and a sweet and sour taste.
The peach color comes from the action of the red yeast, and no coloring is used.
The explanation says.
It's such a pretty color without coloring.
It tastes like a sweet and sour yogurt drink, with just a hint of carbonation.
You can enjoy it like a sweet or dessert.
I should have drunk it in a cocktail glass rather than a cold sake glass!
It was a delicious after dinner drink.

Mr. honda.
Nice to meet you.
The label of the other sake was quite tough, but this one was very cute.
It tastes good, too.
Please visit Porcelain Park.
