Sake from Ryoseki Shuzo, the brewer of Hanayu.
When I went to the store to buy some
Yamada-nishiki sake was on sale.
I immediately picked it up.
I didn't really notice the aroma.
I didn't have a chance to compare the two, so I'm relying on my memory.
I can only go by my memory, but I think the sweetness of the Suitama is more subdued and refreshing.
I think Suitama has a more refreshing sweetness.
But it goes really well with the grilled mackerel I had for dinner tonight.
It went really well with today's dinner of grilled mackerel.
