100% Haenuki produced in Yamagata. Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol 17%, acidity 1.6, sake degree +8
It is dry and refreshing, but does not feel as dry as it should due to the high acidity. My wife, who was drinking it with me, thought it was sweet. It goes well with tempura wild vegetables.
