Savanna
According to a friend of mine who is a sake tasting master holder
"You should drink the special honjozo of Isobojama first!
So, I went right ahead and tried it.
I had an image of a big-boned, crisp, zero-sweet sake.
It was a delicious all-around sake with a subtle, gentle sweetness, a refined sake taste, and a refreshing sharpness.
It also goes well with sashimi and cutlets.
Isohajime is a bit expensive, but it is still a great sake.
It is very satisfying to drink.
Purchased at Doi Shoten (Asahikawa).
