Clean and transparent, nearly colorless. Medium aromatic intensity of rice, rice flour, fresh cheese, a bit fruity aroma of banana and pear. Dry, medium+ flavor intensity, note of rice and fresh cheese with rich rice umami finishing. Good pairing with cheese, grilled fish and meat.
