Southern Alps is the third Junmai Ginjo in Yokouchi Shuzo Brewery's drinking set.
It is a gorgeous sake.
The aroma is light on the nose, but once in the mouth, a mild bitterness and a gorgeous fruity ginjo aroma fill the mouth. The taste is light and refreshing. It tastes like water. When the temperature is slightly cooled down from cold sake, it opens up and the sweetness of the rice becomes more pronounced.
It is delicious.
It is my favorite of the three.
