It is light and sweet, and seems to go well with simmered dishes. It has no acidity. I drank it while eating grapes, and it was totally fine.
The Torihama Brewery's store and brewery building and the 13-meter-high brick chimney right next to the entrance are both registered tangible cultural properties.
