Ichi2
In our series on drinking sake from Western Japan, this time we're looking at Shiga's Laoshiki.
I found it at the first liquor store I went to, so I bought it.
The brewery release date was December last year, so it seems to be unsold.
The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so there is no miscellaneous taste, and it is clean and smooth to drink.
The aftertaste has a faint aroma of lychee and La France, and the lingering is short and reserved.
It was a delicious sake.
