Junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with "Tochigi no Hoshi", which was used for the "Daiichime-sai" held at the Imperial Palace. I thought that rice that tastes good when eaten would not be good for sake, but surprisingly, it was fruity and delicious with a deep flavor!
