We met up with bouken legend at the ticket booth at the entrance of the venue for a drink.
At the Sakenote booth.
Utsunomiya Sake Brewery is not from Tochigi Prefecture but from Ehime Prefecture🤣.
Junmai sake Hanakami.
It is refreshing and fruity. The acidity is fruity and delicious. The bitterness is moderate. It is easy to drink, but it is low in alcohol. Peach yeast is used.
Ballerina
It is rather refreshing and has little sweetness.
The only one I bought was Hanakami, as I could buy Sakenote booth.
