The doburoku. This is my second cup at IMADEYA in GINZA SIX, Ginza, Tokyo. I was so excited to compare the taste of Doburoku with Toonoya's Gonka, but the acidity and peculiarity of Gonka was so strong that I felt the taste of Toonoya's Doburoku was just ordinary ð

The rice has a mellow, sweet, and thick flavor. Yeah, it's the national beauty girl's deliciousness ð.
On a side note, the brewer of Kuheiji was giving a lecture on the wines made by Kuheiji at the Enoteca wine shop in GINZA SIX.
