Bizen tasted sake from Ushimado. A rather rare five-pack bottle!
Senju" by Takaso Sake Brewery gave the impression of being light and dry, but this nigori-zake was quite drinkable, and I think I prefer the nigori-zake.
（The lees left behind a lot of rice pellets.)
It was a truly delicious sake with a mellow flavor while retaining a cool, refreshing taste.
