Bizen tasted sake from Ushimado. A rather rare five-pack bottle.
I was under the impression that it was light and dry, but this nigori-zake was quite drinkable, and I think I prefer the nigori-zake.
（The lees were still very much rice pellets.)
It was a truly delicious sake with a mellow flavor while retaining a cool, refreshing taste.
