Tomorrow is my day off and I want to drink a little more, so I'm going to splurge and open three bottles in one day. It's my birthday.
This one is dry, unlike the two I've had so far. I think I like this one the best. But they are all Niigata sake. I wish they would introduce a wider range of regional sake since it's a subsque.
