Akita's "Yuki no Bijin
As an aperitif, I received a recommendation.
First of all, the aroma is just gorgeous! The fruity aroma spread after just a few whiffs.
It is spicy, passing down the throat and lingering a little. The taste is rich and ricey, as if it lingers on the tongue. I am glad I drank this as an aperitif and not as a food sake. I can't drink a lot, but I would like to drink it little by little. 3.5
