Special Junmai 🍶 Here is the fourth and last cup of Uonamijin. This one was served cold. The acidity is crisp ✨ and it is sweet. It makes me salivate, so it's good as a food sake. Paired with shirasu, garland chrysanthemum, and shinjaga (new potatoes). It was quite a relaxing restaurant. Urawa 20250228
