A dark yellow color. I've never been a big fan of old wine, but that notion has been turned on its head! The aroma is low, the base is spicy, with deep flavor and acidity, and there is also a hint of mountain waste. It tastes like caramel.
When it is warmed up, the aroma similar to Shaoxing wine becomes fluffy and the spiciness is still there. It is very delicious. Like dried fish, it's like a condensed flavor.
