Only 200 bottles of Shinkansen label🚅 were released at Tokyo Station last December 26th.
The unfiltered unpasteurized sake was pressed that morning and brought to Tokyo Station on the Shinkansen 😯.
It has a gorgeous apple, pear, and pear aroma with a slightly chili flavor.
It is fresh and light in mouthfeel, with Hitogokochi characteristics coming through well.
This is a very high level sake.
The first 2 days after opening the bottle, it was very refreshing, but on the 3rd day, it seemed to be juicier 😄.
I'm very glad I happened to come across it, as it is a very limited edition 😊.
