It was almost the same sake as the Meiho Akagi Junmai Ginjo Activated Nigori Sake we had last night.
It was slightly less sweet, but that may have been my imagination.
The aroma of rice was more pronounced than the nigori sake from Meibo Akagi.
Although not stated on the label, the waiter told us that the sake was made from "Hitomebore" rice grown in the prefecture.
This sake was also very tasty.
