Nanka Yokai
This was my first visit to Mitsuo Yamakawa! I was told that this sake is brewed with Dewa-san from my father's hometown, Yamagata Kashiwagura-mon-den, and No. 10 yeast born in Ibaraki! I knew I had to buy it, so I bought it as I was led to do.
It is a beautiful sake that does not betray my expectations. It is light and dry with a hint of sweetness, and I think it has a stylish cedar barrel feel.
I can't get enough of it!
