It's a fruity sake with a hint of strawberry in the raw, and a strong sweetness, but it's a delicious sake.
The sake became even more fragrant when warmed up, giving the impression of strawberry jam.
The alcohol content of 17.5 is quite high, but the flavor is strong enough to make it a competitive sake.
