Shinmasa, a long-sought after sake.
A delicious sake that makes you think.
The aroma of the wooden vat, the acidity, bitterness, and sweetness are so little that you think it is refreshing, but it is full-bodied and deep. It is a taste I am not very familiar with, so I was not sure at first, but as I drank it while thinking about it, it became addictive. I think this sake will be my favorite to finish off for a while.
