The aroma is like a hint of banana in the rum. In the mouth, a creamy, cloudy mouthfeel with a gaseous sensation that spreads. The gentle sweetness gradually appears and disappears with a slight bitterness in the second half.
The balance between the gentleness of nigori and the freshness of nama-zake. It is one of the most delicious nigori sakes I have had recently.
