Junmai Ginjo. 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Arasehara, milled rice ratio 35% for the sake mother and 58% for the koji. The aromatic flavor of Yamae-Nishiki spreads on the palate. The flavor of the aromatic Yamae-Nishiki grapes is delicious on the palate, and it tingles on the tongue as it moves down the throat. Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has the flavor of special junmai rice. The label describes it as "brewed in a traditional handmade way, with a mild fruity aroma and an aromatic dry taste.
