This is the first time I've tried Yukino Kayasha. It has a moderate sweetness and ginjo aroma. It had a good overall balance of umami and bitterness.
I paired it with tonight's menu: meatballs with sweet-and-sour sauce, fried bean sprouts, and cooked beans.
