HIIRO
(It may just be my imagination.) The slightly gaseous texture on the tongue gives the sake a delicious flavor mixed with a bit of sweetness characteristic of Kangiku. The combination of the gaseous texture and umami flavor on the tongue makes it quite drinkable on its own.
