Freshly opened, it is filled with a slightly somewhat fragrant aroma.
After a couple of days, the aroma went into the sake, and I couldn't find it no matter how hard I looked for it. But when I was absorbed in the chase, I realized that I was being chased by the flavor of the rice.
It's a kind of chase sake.
