The previous Kaze no Mori had a stopper that didn't pop, so I was careless and pulled it out normally, but the stopper popped out and I had to look for it.
It took me a long time to drink this sake, but when I tried it, I felt the sweetness of the rice and the slight carbonation at first.
Just when I thought I had hit the nail on the head, the sourness appeared and lingered.
For those who don't have a problem with acidity, this is a good sake with a little alcohol, a gentle mouthfeel, a little sweetness, and then acidity to finish it off.
Personally, I found the sourness to be too much of an aftertaste.
