Doburoku is brewed by "Genshijinkai" in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture. The taste is a bit like a "moro-mororo shuwa-shuwa" (a kind of "mash"). When you put it in your mouth, you can tell that it is still fermenting because of the shwash of the mash. It's not like eating hard rice like the cup of muddy sake I drank the other day, but more like eating sour, shwashy porridge. Carbonated porridge. The spiciness and sweetness come in the midst of the sizzle.
