One of a set of 5 bottles purchased online.
It too has the feel of Junmai, but it has a firmness that is not Daiginjo-esque. I wonder if my image of daiginjo is different?
It is spicy when you put it in your mouth, but at the end, it disappears leaving a sweet taste.
It made me want to eat shime saba (mackerel).
