I started with the supernatant first 🎵.
I was expecting the usual mellow sweetness but instead I got a sourness😃This was unexpected but after a long soak in the bath I was able to gobble it up 😁.
And when I stirred it, the sourness was softened with more umami 😋️I prefer this one ♥️.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after tomorrow when it's exposed to air 🎵
