NASUMAN404
This is an original sake (the second one) from Liquor Shop Yoshida, a liquor store in Toyama City that I have been interested in for a while. It is not just a PB with a new label, but the recipe is also different from the standard one. Incidentally, the first batch was brewed at San-Shoraku.
Using sake rice from Toyama Prefecture and yeast from Hokuriku, the brewery aimed to create a food sake that would not become boring to drink while maintaining Haneya's typical glamorous flavor. It was just right when served with nabe and other dishes.
Sake rice: Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture, 60% polishing ratio, Junmai Ginjo, 16% alc.
