Shinsei Cosmos 2020
I think this is my favorite Shinsei.
Aroma: Moderate. Green apple.
Taste Refreshing sourness and bitterness cover the sweetness in the center. At the end, there is a sweet bitter taste. It feels like caramel.
It's supposed to be stored for 3 to 5 years, but that's impossible! It's too good to drink 😂.
