KamoshibitokuheijiSAUVAGE 赤磐産雄町純米大吟醸

変なおじさん I was very impressed with the Kuheiji I drank the other day, so I tried a different sake rice! When I first sipped it, it had a very nice fruity aroma that, like the Yamadanishiki, was a little different from the ginjo aroma I had smelled before. When I drank it, it had a gentle sweetness. The mouthfeel is gentler than Yamadanishiki (I vaguely remember that). Even when tasted with the root of the tongue, the alu sensation is only slightly perceptible. Like Yamadanishiki, this one is a different kind from the ones I've had so far. Personally, I'd recommend this one. Let's try some of the others.
