Hanayuki Junmai Ginjo Shochu (unpasteurized sake) made by Kawazu Shuzo, Oguni Town, Aso County, Kumamoto Prefecture.
This is..... It's sweet! Mellow. A little off the sugar road, but it's rich, sweet and delicious. The ginjo aroma is not glamorous, but calm. There is almost no sourness. It will be interesting to see how sweet and sour it gets after that.
