The aroma is mellow and sweet, and the slightly thickened mouthfeel is followed by a gentle umami. Then, fresh acidity follows and disappears as it seeps into the back of the throat.
It was a delicious sake with a good balance of moderate sweetness, gentle umami and acidity, and an aftertaste that leaves umami but disappears dryly.
