The main brand of Nippon Izumi Sake Brewery located near Gifu Station.
Purchased at the brewery. It was next to Animate 😅.
The brewery is located in the basement. This is the only sake brewery with a brewery in the basement. It is a rare brewery.
The aroma is a melon-type ginjo aroma with a hint of alcohol.
The mouthfeel is full of umami, with a gentle sweetness.
We are grateful to have encountered a good sake.
