Appearance
Greenish yellow
No turbidity.
The richness of the color has slightly deepened since it was opened.
Aroma
Slightly more alcoholic than when freshly opened.
Slightly chestnut-like aroma.
As it cools down, it has a soybean-like aroma similar to that of miso.
Flavor
Nuts like peanuts and almonds

Spiciness is reflected on the tongue when fully absorbed into the mouth
Overall Impression
I would drink it early in the first day after opening if possible.
