The second bottle of the Tosa Sake Campaign order is Mutemukan
It is the first one.
This brewer has the image of the chestnut syochu liqueur "Dabada Hiburi".
How about it?
It has almost no aroma.
In the mouth, it has a taste of rice and sourness, and it is juicy. It doesn't have much of an aroma, but it's juicy like a fruit.
It is more of a umami sake than a light sake.
It has a lot of thickness.
It is quite spicy from the mid-palate. It is a dry sake after the umakuchi entry.
If Akihitora is crisp, Mute Mukan is more zippy. It's like that.
It's been a while since I've had anything this dry.
After a few days, it becomes milder and easier to drink.
It's perfect for a midday drink.
