A limited edition sake from Takeyuki, this is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with no yeast and brewed with nama-moto yeast!
The origin of the name dates back to the early Edo period. There is an anecdote that Iemitsu Tokugawa's nanny, Kasuga Bureki, said "Tomohito Takeyuki is the treasure of the Emperor's reign" when she was trying to get Iemitsu to stop crying.
