The label Rashomon gives the impression of being ultra-classic, and although I had tasted it once, I had the impression that it was not to my liking.

I guess there are a lot of high-class sake. I didn't feel the classic feeling I had expected before, but considering the cost performance, "Rashomon Houou Ginjo Nama" left a strong impression because it was well-balanced with a strong umami flavor.
